Farm Team debate liveblog recap
I am on my way back to Richmond following the Democratic debate in Williamsburg. We had a very successful liveblog and I will have a report on the debate tonight on NBC12 at 6 and 11.

Dems get ready to face off (liveblog Sunday on NBC12.COM)
The first big showdown in the race for Governor of Virginia is set to take place tomorrow in Williamsburg. Creigh Deeds, Brian Moran and Terry McAuliffe will face off in the first of five debates leading up to their primary in June.
If you can’t make it to the College of William & Mary you can watch the debate streamed live on the college’s web site. It is set to begin at 2pm. Log on to http://www.wm.edu/sites/farmteamdebate/ to watch. (You must have quicktime installed on your computer)
In addition to the live-stream, you can also participate in our liveblog on nbc12.com. I will be in Williamsburg for the event and will moderate the discussion. Feel free to give your opinion as it happens. I will post the best comments on my twitter feed and share some with our viewers during our coverage on TV tomorrow night. We will kick the liveblog off around 1:50pm, just before the debate begins.
We should learn quite a bit about the direction this primary campaign is headed tomorrow.
Here are some key questions I hope to have answered:
*Will Brian Moran act like the frontrunner as most polls have shown him to be? Will he resist the temptation to attack Terry McAuliffe on his loose ties to Virginia politics and his connections to big money outside of the commonwealth?
*Will Terry McAuliffe stick to his pledge to not attack fellow Democrats and instead make Bob McDonnell the target? Will he raise the issues discussed this week by the Washington Post, connecting Brian Moran’s campaign donations to his brother Jim’s earmarks?
*Will anyone attack Creigh Deeds? Up until his fundraising numbers were released, Deeds was basically not considered a real threat by his opponents or their supporters. Will they continue to treat him as a gentle statesman, who doesn’t really have a chance? Or will one of them attempt to knock him down a few pegs, with the hope of curbing his building momentum?
