  1. I met Ward and his wife at our local HCDC meeting a few months ago.

    In photos, he reminds me of the late, Karl Malden, who did all of those American Express ads.

    In person, Mr. Armstrong is a superb listener and the fact that he takes the time to get around to grassroots committees, speaks volumes about how he truly wants to get unfiltered input from the citizens.

    Here’s another chance for those who want their voices heard by government:

    There will be a special election in the 91st House of Delegates district (Hampton-Poquoson-York).

    The filing deadline is January 21, 2011 at 5:00 PM

    The election will be on March 8, 2011.

    The Constitution Party, and the Libertarian Party are both seeking qualified candidates to run. You only need 125 signatures of registered voters from the 91st, and to live in the district, to qualify.

    If you know anyone in the 91st, who will take positions that will enhance liberty and restrain government, then ask them to run, and volunteer to help.
